The course is broken down into several key service topics. Each topic is explained in detail by a video presentation, associated reading manual and short quiz. Move through each of the different topics in sequence, at your own pace, in your own time, developing your skillset and knowledge as you go.

The IAMI GUEST Advanced Service training course (GUEST U5) is a well-rounded program offering both theoretical and practical insight into different aspects of service. The course entails a full overview of the various service styles used onboard as well as looking at Russian service, buffet service and BBQ.
